Denning Carries Bill Allowing Doctorate of Nursing at Washburn -- Topeka – The Kansas State House of Representatives passed HB2490- a bill allowing Washburn University to offer a Doctorate of Nursing degree. Washburn will be the third institution in the state to offer this level of degree along with the University of Kansas and Wichita State University.
